Working Spirit and RSLWA are proud to present the Transition Employment Portal (TEP), which is a job matching platform designed specifically for companies/business to connect directly with military veterans. The TEP allows veterans to create a profile and upload their resume, which can be matched with job opportunities by employers who are interested in hiring veterans. Once a company has been approved to be part of the TEP, the platform will then allow an employer to look at industries they wish to employ a veteran in and they will be matched with profiles of veterans to directly connect with. In addition to job matching services, the platform is free to use for veterans and will be initially free to employers. Overall, the Transition Employment Portal created by Working Spirit/RSLWA is a valuable resource for companies who are seeking to give employment opportunities for our military veterans.
