strategy, defence & industry dialogue

Established in February 2018, the Dialogue facilitates key conversations regarding Australian defence policy, strategic affairs and industry innovation and collaboration with an eye towards assessing the implications for WA.

This event brings together distinguished senior officials, decision-makers and representative peak bodies from across the spectrum of government, industry, defence and academia to assist development of policy outcomes benefiting the defence sector.

Upon conclusion of each Dialogue, an edited, anonymous and unattributed record of the proceedings will be published and made available on the WA DEFENCE REVIEW website, with a post-event report also being made available for public viewing.

Producing a tangible outcome, the Dialogue fulfils a significant purpose in supporting consensus on matters germane to Australia’s defence, security and strategic interests.
